While desperately, and in a state of worry trying to obtain information to enable me to recommend this clinic to someone I was hung up on by the manager Sue Van Nort.
Upon asking what medications are used for withdrawal she became rude and said that it was between the patient and doctor. I told her I was finding her rude and unhelpful, she said I was being the same.
Since when is GENERAL information and possible routes of management classified information?
If this is anything to go by I find this clinic to be judgemental, emotionally unsupportive and to be avoided.
Yes, addicts need clinical support but their personal support systems also need to be a bit in the know to ensure a continuum of support from every aspect of life.
