Totally disgusted with how this place treats people there. My dad was there for a short time and the way he was treated was down right pitiful. He was unable to stand up yet the carers would leave his meals on the bench near the door. His pain management was mishandled and will never forgive them for how they treated my dad. Hopefully in future the government hold places like these more accountable for their actions
My mother in law was a resident for the last 12 months before she sadly passed away.
During our visits she always said how lovely and helpful the staff were. The staff would always say they loved her.
The cook would make special meals for her to entice her to eat.
Mum had access to the garden area outside her room and made it her own complete with solar lights, many plants and statues. Hopefully the remaining residents and staff continue to look after enjoy the garden she left behind.
We as a family found Estia Health to be nice comfortable, peaceful place.
