About ISOMER AGED CARE

ISOMER Aged Care Facility is a purpose built residential aged care facility in Lysterfield. It is a non profit organization established in 1997 by the Islamic Society of Melbourne Eastern Region. It is a fully accredited, Government funded facility with provision for permanent and low level respite care. Our care service is one of the most overwhelming caring services among all the aged care services in Australia. We believe in the philosophy of caring with kindness and respect so that they can feel like their own home in our aged care homes. Our resident is the safest accommodation for the older people as they receive a long term health care facilities, nursing service & residential care just like a family member.
