The whole facility is clean and neat (I would rate it 5 stars), most staffs are friendly and nice but shame on their receptionist (I can only rate 0), what is up with this human being? She's very cold, rude and speaking down on people, can't see her whole face but her eyes and her voice is enough for us not wanting to visit this place. Perhaps she needs more training on how to be nice and how to smile, it's part of the job as a front line person!!!!!
Especially toward Asian people, no one owe you anything, you are not doing us a favour by showing your grumpy face! Enough is enough!!!
