About Apps Laboratories
Apps Labs has evolved from a soil and water testing lab to courses in farming, agriculture and horticulture. All courses are mentored - your mentor will be someone who has already done what you are learning to do and will guide you through your learning journey.
Apps Labs is run by Dr Tim Apps. Tim is a scientist, teacher and dairy farmer in SW Gippsland.
Our courses provide a logical progression of knowledge and skills centred around the concept of farm and horticultural production. Our first courses are in Plant growth and nutrition, Soils and plant growth, starting a farm and getting a Soil or water test. There are many modules in the pipeline so please check our website.
