It was the evening before a week long Heat Wave, including the hottest Christmas on record, and our Evaporative Air Conditioning system started to make a terrible grinding noise.

He guided us on where to purchase the required parts we needed, and arranged for a very hot and busy repair team to make room for us in their hectic day.
By 4pm our crippled air-conditioning system was back up and running, and Christmas for our entire extended family has been saved.
