My wonderful air conditioner decided to break on Christmas eve. I contacted HollAir via their website on the day and they responded shortly after that to start booking me in for repairs. They managed to get a tech to me by New Years Eve, which I found fantastic considering the time of year. They weren't able to repair on the day as parts were needed to be ordered. The parts arrived not very long after and they were quick to then schedule me in for the repairs. Their customer service during the whole process was amazing and I very highly recommend. Considering the time of year I had my AC issue I was very happy with the time turn around and response.
Tried to phone in middle of the day, rang out with no option to leave a message. Followed up with an email chasing a quote. Got a response asking for more info, which I supplied... and then nothing, even after another follow up email.
Clearly too busy to worry about new work. Don’t bother these guys, take your business elsewhere.
