Very disappointing experience.
I booked an inspection for my ducted air conditioning system (installed December 2025) after being clearly told over the phone that the inspection would be free. Based on that, I agreed to go ahead.
However, the confirmation was sent to the wrong email address, so I had no idea when the technician would arrive. After completing the inspection, the technician suddenly asked for $220. I explained that I was told it would be free, and he then called his manager, Rob.
Unfortunately, the situation got worse. Rob was rude and dismissive, saying he deals with these kinds of calls all the time and insisting his staff would never say it’s free. He didn’t acknowledge or apologise for sending the confirmation to the wrong email, which caused the confusion in the first place.
Overall, very poor communication and unprofessional customer service. I felt misled and pressured into paying a charge that was never clearly agreed to.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
