Chris and Micky did a great job installing our new ducted system. Excellent communication (e.g. txt on approach), easy to work with and very quick turnaround time for quotes/questions/invoices.
They arrived on time, were super clean, excellent workmanship and are genuinely nice guys. AND the system they installed is fantastic!
We love being able to control it from our phones (e.g. we can check we turned it off when we're out and turn it on as we come home) and being able to integrate it with our smart home system (Alexa).
Not only that, it's so quiet and very quick to heat up a space.
They also installed a subfloor ventilation system (to help with damp) and decommissioned our old split system.
