Oliver Tubb has been my technician since 2015, so I have had 5 annual servicings done by him, and have also had a separate 6th appointment to investigate an error that kept popping up. I always ask for him, and am happy to book in advance to get a booking with him.

Oliver is one of those tradesmen who when you find them you just never ever EVER E.V.E.R want to change EVER. This is one trade where I will never have to think or worry about ever again.

Oliver is perfect at what he does. His expertise is fantastic! I wasn’t the one who installed my aircon, a previous owner did. My aircon has worked really well the entire time I’ve been here since 2015. Oliver also gives great advice on how to use my air con more efficiently, which has been really helpful.

Oliver is extremely honest, and is not going to sell you something you don’t need. There have been many opportunities where he could have made more money out of me, but he didn’t, because it wouldn’t achieve what I was looking for. So you can trust him!

Oliver needs zero effort from me. He came to my house once, and from then on had perfect photographic memory of everything. It really surprised me that a year later, after all the houses he had been to since then, that he perfectly remembered the layout of my house, remembered exactly where the wall panel was, where the man hole is, where the outdoor unit was, and how to get to it etc.

Oliver is perfect at being punctual. For annual servicings that I could book in advance, I always booked first thing ie 7.30am, because booking any other time has a block time range, which is fine and perfectly understandable, I just prefer the 7.30am. For all 5 annual servicings, Oliver knocks on the door bang on 7.30am, not a minute earlier or later. I know everyone in the world should be as punctual as he, I know this should be normal, but it’s really not normal, I can’t tell you how many times I have arranged my day around an appointment, only to have no-one show up.

And Oliver is really really friendly, so approachable, I can honestly ask him anything, and he never gets impatient nor annoyed, even when I was the last job of a long day for him (the appointment regarding the error that kept showing on the screen) and on a really hot day, he’s exactly the same and just as friendly as when I see him at 7.30am.

Oliver is exceptional - people like him are really hard to find, and when you do find people like Oliver, you never want to change because you don’t want PAIN you want to stay HAPPY!!
