Worst case of installers, do not trust as they fit dodgy windows where it fills with water, and flood internally. Upon questioning nah nah it’s properly done 2 year on and finally opens up a window frame it’s full of water. Windows frame absolutely rubbish quality tells me I open and close the window to much and it’s not fit for purpose. We open open it once in the morning and closes it once at night as we run a gymnasium. Worst company to deal with refuses to admit fault and take responsibility. Claims it’s out of warranty when the part was replaced less than 6m ago cry’s it’s not my problem.
Do not deal business with this company they have no clue about windows and customer service. If I could I would give them -100stars
