Timezone itself is great , plenty of games. However I was told there is no toilets (I'm sure last time we went toilets were available) this is not really good enough especially when you have small children with you its quite impractical to "find the nearest public toilet" when you have waited an hour in line to get in because of covid restrictions. I completely understand that covid restrictions have to be in place however I would have thought a better way to manage it would be some kind of time slot booking system rather than waiting outside in line for an open ended amount of time.
Had a party there on Saturday avo and was pretty disappointed first it took them ages to show us our party room then as the party details stated the kids were able to use photo both but the cards wouldn't work so staff had to help which made the kids wait around and waste time waiting for their photos then it stopped working and at times the cards wouldn't work. We will not return and was not a good party my daughter was not happy
