When I walked in, all I could smell was air freshener and floor cleaner, they were still spraying it, even when I was starting to gag.. seriously, I want my pet to thrive, not be exposed to toxic sprays and us!!! Im su ree whatwvera dog sid in the wqiting room wasnt THAT bad! I asked them not to put my dog on the floor, they ignored me.

Wasnt told about the titer testing.. when i asked them why, "we would lose clients" they said...Sorry, but thats just not good enough, over vaccinating is not neccessary, it causes all sorts of health issues.. surprise surprise!.. sorry, but i prefer not to have unnecessary vet bills
