Took more than five months to get fixed the security system In the lifts that prevented any person to go into any floor, is nealy impossible to get a hold of them for the internet/electricity connection and whey they finally are reachable are absolutely rude.
If you make a complaint, they will either take a few days to reply to your email and dont even bother to follow it up because they will ignore it.
