Extremely happy with the service. Our TV repair man, Jay called us half an hour before arriving. He was very professional, had the parts ready and knew immediately what the issue was. He fixed our LG television and sorted out a few other issues regarding correct settings and our household is very happy, with the results. Definitely recommend this technician .
Definitely not a recommended repair centre; unfortunately I was stuck with them as my LG is under warranty (bought less than a year ago); their technician attended twice and couldn’t fix it but I was shocked they charged me $132 claiming it’s not a machine faulty. Yet, when they contacted me they didn’t mention that it is a charged service. First time Orlando mentioned he would charge if not a manufacturer faulty but the second time they arranged the visit without anything mentioned, once technician done his tablet thing he clearly pushed me to pay OTHERWISE they will contact LG to take off my warranty!! This is not the way you make business guys. I had to contact my own plumber to fix it and yes it was fixed and it was a manufacturer faulty which simply you didn’t know how to fix!!
