Unfortunately had to use this company as it was in relation to a repair to an LG washing machine under extended warranty. Our claim went in and was accepted in November 2022 and it took until 10/1/2023 for a technician to come out. They advised they wanted to get parts in stock first, without even looking at the appliance and ascertaining the fault. Lo and behold when they did come out on 10/1/23, they did not have the necessary part available, and advised they would have to send for it from LG. the technician made a temporary repair as I said I could not wait for another month to be able to use the washer. In the process, the technician did not connect the hoses under the laundry sink correctly and I now have a further leak under my sink which they refuse to come out and deal with - until the necessary parts are received to fix the washer!
