As stated in many other 1 star reviews... Apauling communication, or lack of, in application process of a rental! No direct contact with property manager, staff very young.
The problem was that there was NO communication in letting me know the property had been leased to someone else. I waited a week before I called to find out after the girls had said 'we will contact you'. I called 2 days after application where reception said owner hadn't responded yet, again told 'we will contact you'. Lack of communication... That was my issue. I was informed after being on hold for a while that it had been leased to someone else. Then received a notification of new inspection times. Called back to ask what's happening with new inspection times. I was very stern in saying you need to do better in communicating with applicants on the progress of their applications. Of course a young girl can't handle being told sternly that the job has not been executed to standard. I also was not informed of any decline, just that someone else was approved first. Thank you for your response, please do better in executing your duties. Looks like I dodged a bullet!!
