About Blacktown Aquatic Centre
Blacktown Aquatic Centre is Western Sydney's main competition pool hosting over 50 swimming meets each year. Kieran Perkins broke the 800 m Freestyle World Record at Blacktown Aquatic Centre in 1992.
Blacktown Aquatic Centre underwent a refurbishment to expand our services and provide a training facility for swimmers at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
The Centre prides itself on being more than just a competition pool however, offering health, fitness, fun and leisure opportunities for everyone. This includes 3 pools, gym, group fitness studio, creche, Aqua Learn to Swim, Kidz Blitz school holiday program and even a skate ramp!
