DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a baby short neck turtle 7 days ago and it has just died. We did everything right by the turtle as we have another one that we have had for 11 years with no problems. It didn't seem 100% when we first brought it but we thought it might just be because it was in a new home but it very quickly went down hill from there. It couldn't swim at all it's legs went brown. In the end it couldn't even lift it's own head up. When I contacted the owner on Facebook she blamed our water quality and told us to bring a water sample in today but as it died last night I messaged her this morning to say it died and all I got back was I'm sorry to hear that and not to worry about the water sample because it was pointless. I'm very angry that they didn't offer any kind of compensation or even take some kind of responsibility for selling us a clearly already sick turtle. RSPCA really need to get into this place and shut it down. Just read all the reviews nearly everyone is saying the same thing. I wish I read all these reviews before I spent my money there.
