About UQ Sport Aquatic Centre
Make a splash at one of the best swimming facilities in Brisbane! The UQ Sport Aquatic Centre in St Lucia boasts three heated pools: a 50m Olympic-sized pool, a 25m pool and a shallow Program Pool used for Learn-to-Swim lessons for kids and adults, and infant swimming.
We provide a range of activities, including Learn-to-Swim lessons, squads, group classes and training facilities for several UQ Sport Clubs. We have swimming options for all ages and ability levels.
You’ll find plenty of space to sit and relax at the Aquatic Centre too! We have undercover and open air areas to catch the sun. We offer barista made coffee, and have an onsite Pro shop with swimming apparel, goggles, fins, towels and more.
