I rarely write reviews, as I rarely come across anything worth publicly raving about. Saying that, I do think other people should know about Javi and Suffixity. As I’m someone who thinks he knows about house design, I just thought I needed a Draftsman to draw up my design for a veranda/carport. That’s until Javi looked at my ugly little 1970s house, proposed a range of ideas that had never entered my head, created an outdoor area and carport with a real ‘WOW’ factor, and even worked out an affordable solution to make the interior of the house flow better and become more liveable. And he did all of this with patience and forbearance (I may not be the easiest of clients…!). I can highly recommend Javi not just for his skill as an architect, but for his ability to take my ideas and transform them into something beyond my expectations, with patience and good humour. Money well spent.
