About Art By Nonie
Nonie has been an artist since first picking a paint brush in 2005. Adept in print making and drawing she has a passion for all aspects of art.
After visiting many of the great galleries of the world in my youth I resolved that one day I would become an artist. The time arrived when I retired and took on a Diploma of Visual Arts at Noosa TAFE campus in Tewantin. I studied for a year and took on numerous workshops (e.g. many courses at McGregor Art Summer School at USQ, Toowoomba).
Then I delved into drawing, painting, printmaking and preparing for a first solo exhibition In the Gympie Regional Gallery in July 2007.
I continue to work most days in drawing, printmaking and painting. Original Artwork for sale.
