OSCA is a tri-annually funded SA arts organisation generating new models of participation and cultural practice in a diversity of urban and regional locations. Our works are broad in their scope and intimate in the way they connect. We are invested in commissioning artist driven initiatives that offer the public new perspectives to the world around them.
