I’m not sure why, but the customer service is very poor every time I shop here. I don’t expect amazing service but I expect the staff to not be rude.
Staff memeber was very rude when I asked if he had an item in stock. Would have been nice if he tried to offer an alternative instead of just saying a curt no and turning around.
Fruit wasn't very fresh either, quite mushy and spotty, was glad I went to wollies next door instead.
Hope they improve soon ...
