I placed the order at approximately 6pm.
The order still not had been delivered 20 minutes after the latest estimated arrival time.
After calling the restaurant twice, they initially told us the driver left 15 minutes prior. After waiting an excessive amount of time we called the restaurant back and they told us the driver had only just left. We then later received our food at 7:42pm, a whole 1 hour after the latest estimated time of arrival. The staff at the restaurant were extremely unprofessional and were not able to provide us with any information or updates on our order status.
