I was reaching out after being in need of support on Friday the 5th of August due to me suffering a recent stroke and was advised by the operator I will receive a call back. Today is now the 10th of August and still no response from Access, so I called again today and I received a luke warm 'I understand' reply and was advised no counsellor can call me after 3:15 pm. What a joke!!!!!!!!
