Poor attitude, unnecessarily rude and shady when things do not go their way.
Online booking price is more expensive than onsite walk in (claimed that they do not do on site walk ins and asked me to book online).
Absolutely no concern for customers when accidents happen.
The customer service was terrible and we had our bookings mixed up. Booked 4 bikes on their website, called before hand two day before to confirm the booking only to find out after driving for almost an hour (to Pinjar) that they only had 3 bikes available and that they only received payment for two.
What was meant to be a birthday outing ended up being a horrific experience as the guide blatantly told me he was right and we were wrong shortly before he found out they'd messed the booking up.
For the money you pay, the customer service and their system is nowhere near the expectation. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
