We recently received an invoice from Marshall batteries which stated we owed them over $700 for invoices dated 2017! when i called to find out what was happened they informed me that the invoice was wrong and in fact they owed that money to us. This happened a month ago and ever since they will not refund our money. Have contacted them regularly in regard the them returning the fund to be told it a process at this point we have been owed money for over 3 YEARS! and they will not give us our money back ! Every time i contact them its a different excuse or I'm passed on to someone else it is beyond a joke and extremely unprofessional for a company.
