Possibly 5 star for the work(no-one went through what they did so I assume it's fine)
Would have been maybe 4 star for customer service until I met the last guy who took service to a 0 star.
Had car in for a recall and all was fine and friendly until getting the keys back. Asked a question about if they used any sealant in the fix and if it needed time to cure. To then get a heap of attitude in response saying very aggressively "we didn't replace the windscreen, it's fine just use it!!" (Other back and forth from that as well)
If your having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers.
I was considering, up until that point, to book a service with them as they seemed ok.
Not after that attitude.
