Great friendly staff! A very knowledgeable young man "Luke" was the most helpful person I've come across, absolutely delightful.
I don't usually shop at Burson Auto Parts. [Mainly because I am an RAC member and I get 5% discount on my purchases if made at Repco stores.] However, today I decided to shop here because Repco next door did not want my money and made me stand around the store while all 6 staff were busy with stuff.
What a pleasant difference the staff were in Burson's. I was given a friendly greeting and the was helped immediately without having to stand around trying to catch someone's attention. The shop was clean and uncluttered too. Well done to the staff at Burson's Belmont. Keep up the great friendly service and you might see that Repco close its doors yet.
