Very disappointed in my Kenlow awning. To my dismay I listened to the advice of the salesman about the width needed.
It’s not wide enough and looks terrible.
Being told by salesman & management “I signed off on the order” does not address the issue of wrong advice was given by their salesman. All in all a bad experience.
We had the skin of our caravan awning replaced and couldn't be happier. It's a family business and the staff went above and beyond to give excellent service. They even went as far as tweaking a few things that were sticking on the awning frame itself (at no extra cost) and it now works very smoothly. Thankyou ????
