Bissel B is a family run specialty bagel and coffee shop. Inspired by our family trip to New York, we have taken a little bit of the NY bagel culture and combined it with the family love for hospitality, imagination and down right delicious food.
"Bissel" is yiddish for "A little bit".
And we definitely have "A Little bit" for everyone with our range of delicious bagels and sweets.
Our bagels are a little less dense than some- this is so they pair deliciously with our other ingredients. We wanted to combine what we loved about NY bagels culture with Melbournes thriving Foodie lifestyle.
