About Krazy For Kurtosh
Kurtosh is generally only sold in a sweet format using a recipe that started in Transylvania over 300 years ago. We made it into a savoury fusion! Our pastry is cooked on the fire by wrapping our dough around wooden spindles and placing them on our european rotisserie. So we have both sweet and savoury kurtosh. Our most popular is our chicken schnitzel kurtosh, which includes homemade coleslaw, hungarian paprika sauce and peri peri mayonnaise for those who like a bit of spice.
As well as our homemade beef and lamb meatballs that are served with a mushroom Jaeger sauce.
