I ordered 30 cupcakes with a rose swirl as per their example in their window display however, upon collecting them they were shocking! The icing was runny and falling off the cupcakes, I had to scrape all the icing off from all 30 cupcakes and had to repipe them myself! Wish I could attach a photo to this review! It was disgusting! I went back to complain and all they said were “sorry, we’ll let the kitchen staff know”?!
