The product quality was quite good and so was the range of things; especially impressed with the pastry on the GF pies. The service was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the products.
The cafe seating area is very drab, less-than-clean, and uninviting to sit in and eat. The location is not bad but the cafe could be massively enhanced if they invested in a new coffee machine, new lighting and good cafe furniture, cleaned the windows, painted the walls & ceilings etc. - then it would be a nice place to go for morning tea or something.
