Normally, I have a Pie (Curry; Onion; or Kidney) ...
This time, I chose (i) the Curry pie on the weekend (Saturday 6/Feb.). It was very, very disappointing - the first bite I took resulted in the filling (which was rather hot, and very, very runny, and not firm at all, more like a watery-like stew) seeping through the pastry, over my hands and onto the ground (the 4 seagulls enjoyed that little lot) ... lucky I had a bag, that could capture the remaining 1/2 of the contents. From there it was more like slurping the pie filling from the bag, and chewing a little on the soaked pastry ... not good at all - 2/10; and (ii), the custard tart filling, while tasty, was also not firm enough, and somewhat runny ...
So this visit, disappointing. 3/10 ????
