Went in for balloons for my sons memorial birthday and got spoken to so rude that we turned around and left. Will never go there again! We left in a hurry once you were rude and you did explain about the balloon release thats why we were going to get the weight so we could leave the balloons instead of realease. But you really are missing the point that you were so rude while explaining this to us that we did leave in a hurry. Like all the other feedback about being rude maybe you need to watch how you speak to customers. Its not about bending over backwards... its about customer service
