went there yesterday to deposit money and two women, Jenny, behind the desk and Cayrn wandering around kept talking over each other loudly about how I should open a savings account and while I was already busy talking to Jenny, Cayrn came right behind me and inserted herself into the conversation, invading my personal space by squishing up close to me, I just wanted to deposit some money and be on my way, jesus christ.
Convenient location, and offers somewhat level of discretion. Helpful staff who is proactive. However, there were issues with the bank and the service itself, I’m not sure if it’s worth considering them. Staff accidentally also misplaced my stuff. The teller location is a lot more helpful as a blind person than Commbank as the contrasting colours work and they have big enough signs and a well light place. The office/small room even had a candy bowl.
