Long wait and now closing branch for Reno. No cash services and no return phone calls ..... very disappointing
After being a customer for nearly 30 years I went into the Albany branch to ask for some statements from 2008 - I was turned away after being informed that statements were not available beyond 7 years. I went back to ANZ after Westpac printed out some statements I needed from the same time and suggested that they could do better. So while I was told repeatedly that I probably wouldn't get them they put in a request for my statements. I received them within 4 days. Not good enough ANZ Albany! These statements were required for a courtcase not just on a whim. I shall be taking my business elsewhere asap.
