Bad experience from the attendant. Volunteer with CFS, new to finance role. Attempted to lodge a form, which I had unknowing not completed correctly. When sort clarity, the attendant, the one who doesn't wear a mask, don't know name, gave vague non helpful information. Told me off for not doing it right, refused to actually help. I explained we are volunteers and need help to do this correctly, did not offer any thing but go back fill in information in which I did not understand. Did not attempt to try to find the information that was missing. Unfortunately the friendly people at the Aberfoyle Park branch are no longer there. After recent tragic event and burnt out from frontline working in a paid job, it was awful to be treated so badly. We are just trying to help our community, I am sorry that I may get it wrong, but please know it is not intentional to be difficult Bank SA. I expected more than a blame game to a volunteer. I will try another branch.
