Good customer service

I highly recommend Monica from ANZ Cannington branch. Had some issue with my IB4B have been trying to call 1800 number for over a weeks no success - they even provided me the wrong form. Monica knows exactly what she is doling - she helped me correcting the form and organising the signatures. She spent nearly 40mins over the phone just to make sure the form is actioned. This is most encouraging as she could have easily passed the ball to someone else and just say to me need to wait a few days for the form to be actioned (it could never action this way). ANZ is very lucky to have an employee like Monica that gives me more confidence banking with ANZ.
