NAB Management have obviously never needed to contact a NAB branch by phone. Told by NAB email to contact my local branch to arrange to complete some paperwork. Tried to call what appears to be the ONLY 13***** phone number to contact NAB nationally, only to sit through extensive marketing and politically correct messages and then to be put on hold for 'ever'. All I want to do is to TALK to someone in the local branch to ensure they have my paperwork ready BEFORE physically leaving work to visit the branch, how hard should this be??
