Very bad experience
Was down for ID verification
Already told the counter staff i was told to do a verification in this branch .
When I went to counter, a young lady with black long curl hair already glared at me !! Yes she glared at me and asked me how can I help. I told her about verification, and told her what is going on. She said No file on the system cannot search my details !!! She can finally find it until I showed her the message I got from bank of Melbourne! Then she said they cannot do ID verification! I said , but they asked me to here to do it
She then go to ask the senior, and help me out with that with her ATTITUDE!!
After then she said it’s done！
I left the branch and called bank of Melbourne about I have done the ID verification! But bank of Melbourne said , she did nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She make me need to go again on next Friday! As I finished work at 4pm Friday is the only day I can go for a verification!!!
This lady is in very bad attitude!! I am not sure is it because I am an Asian that why she need to glade at me like this! And unhelpful !!!
