I’m not one to leave a review unless it’s positive but this was just annoying. I put through an application for a basic everyday account with BOQ with the Edgehill branch approx two months ago, and despite an email and a few phone calls to follow up on the progress of the application, I still haven’t heard back from them. The last call I made I was told that they were busy and I’d get a call back, still no call a month later. Terrible service and not helpful. I’ve since gone with another bank, which was approved instantly and a card developed within a week.
