I've been in this bank a few times to negotiate around a loan. I approached someone called Becky Lee and I feel I get ignored and politely kicked. I compared this behaviour with the first day I opened my account.
When they wanna get money they are the politest in the world. When they wanna give service its not the case.
Shameful.
Lovely people but always waiting. Today 1 person seving Only!!! There reason for this is they had quite a few other customers waiting so they had to serve them as apprently had been waiting for over an hour. Very poor service indeed. Not the peples fault come on Commonwealth get your customer service organised. So many un happy people waiting.......
