I had a simple transfer from one account to another to complete.
You'd think it would be 15 minutes max, wouldn't you? Not at all...
One hour, and the short large rood lady by the name of Silvana at the front entrance situated at one of the two the computers was extremely rood in the way she was answering my legitimate questions, answering me in a degrading and rood manner. She even asked me my address which was on screen in front of her and why i was transferring funds. Its none of your business Silvana.
Unfortunately have to attend this branch again tomorrow and i refuse to deal with this particular person.
People like you Silvana should not work in public relations because you have no skills and management need to discipline you.
P.s i have filed an official complaint and your branch manager will call me in due course to discuss further.
