Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not one to ever leave negative reviews but I feel I need to warn others about my experience - so everyone do yourself a favor and change banks as these monkeys are the reason why I will be taking my money elsewhere, absolutely appalling customer service.
Ive Been trying to get through to the branch for 2 days now as im working away and obviously cant make it into the branch, ive literally called up 15 times, left multiple voice messages and they haven't made any effort to contact me back at all. This is an urgent matter and obviously needs attention right away but they don't even have the decency or a care in the world to answer the phone to help there local customers. Put your hard earned money elsewhere people where you can get through to your branch and will return your calls.
You have all been warned.
