Disappointed with the service today, just wanted to ask a quick question about a bank transaction to the tellers but the lady working there that was on the door came up to me to ask if I needed help (which was nice), well it would of been nice if she gave me a chance to explain my issue, she kept jumping to conclusions, talking down to me in a condescending way. If she just focused on the issue for why we were there then maybe the experience may have been better, she couldn't even give me eye contact as she keep looking around everywhere. I felt uncomfortable about the fact that she was just speaking loudly about my issue in the line, so loud that other people in the line were giving me suggestions, I felt very embarrassed and put down. I am stumped as in if they can't even listen to what you are saying when you have made the effort to go into a branch then what is the point of them having a branch anymore. The idea of going with ING is looking a lot better now, after being with the Commonwealth Bank for 22 years.
