Narelle was stationed on the door upon our arrival at this branch this morning. She noticed us joining a growing queue for a teller & hastely openned another teller position. Not common, particularly at Bankwest. After making a deposit to my daughter's account, I enquired how my 14yo daughter could re-establish her online access. We did not have my daughter's card with us. However, Narelle worked hard for 10mins or so in her attempt to identify my daughter. No luck, but we are pleased security measures weren't compromised, despite our desire to get a result. We will be back tomorrow with the card, but very grateful for Narelle's exhaustive effort which deserves this recognition.
I'm sure one of the main functions of Bankwest is handle cash. Today I lined up for a while as there was only one teller available. A second teller arrived when I was next in line. As I wanted to draw out a larger sum than which is available at the ATM I was extremely disappointed when I was offered only two times one hundred dollar notes and the rest would be in fifties!
Go figure - a bank with only two one hundred dollar notes. You may need to review the note balances more often.
