We got out 1st home loan through Peoples Choice, Jackson McCall-Pearce was our advisor, He done an amazing job, got us the best deal, and was so easy and friendly to work with, A++
Saturday morning went to Modbury branch to open two accounts. No teller behind counter for 5 minutes. Approx 6 people lined up all asking each do we wait here or sit down. Eventually a teller arrived, started processing customers. I asked to open two accounts. Was directed to take a seat near coffee machine and I would be attended to. I questioned this directive as no paperwork or number or my name taken and how would they know I was waiting?. Assured no one else waiting you will be attended to next. Complied with this request and waited patiently. Meanwhile the queue for the one teller had now expanded to approx 10 people. One of the staff worjibg in side booth completed her interaction with her customer and proceeded to ask people in queue could she help anyone. ( these customers had arrived approx 15 min after myself). A young couple said yes and started chatting. I interrupted advising actually I was told to wait and be next. The man then proceeded to verbally abuse me in front of everyone in branch causing unnecessary embarrassment
Totally unacceptable and could of been avoided with a sign at entrance stating please direct all enquiries to teller and once there your name taken so staff know who is waiting. Bad setup.
