The customer service over the last few years has dropped immensely. I find the cubicles and confidentiality of transactions a big problem. Nothing is private no matter how quiet you try to whisper things. Instead of writing down transactions the staff say the amounts out loud, being a small community and everyone knows everyone I find discreetness is disappointing. Especially when your work colleagues and neighbours are standing beside you or in line.
The staff have become sour, rude and talk down to you. My family tries to avoid going in there now. If there was another bank in town we'd change.
